The Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) System is a digital platform that enables governments to conduct procurement activities online. By leveraging ICT, it streamlines interactions with suppliers, allowing public sector entities to acquire goods, works, and consultancy services with enhanced efficiency and transparency.
Milenge Town Council has transitioned all procurement processes to the e-GP system. Bidding for tenders is now exclusively conducted via the platform; paper-based bids are no longer accepted.
Before bidding on the e-GP platform, all service providers must be registered with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA). Ensure you have the following ready:
